U Visas

A U-Visa is a type of nonimmigrant visa that is available to victims of certain crimes who have suffered mental or physical abuse and who have cooperated with law enforcement in the investigation or prosecution of the crime. The U-Visa was created to encourage undocumented immigrants who are victims of crimes to come forward and assist law enforcement without fear of deportation.
